Did you not go to bolton last week? tilton was rocking.

Agree 100% though, away fans were amazing as usual. Here's hoping we can replicate that on Saturday :blues:

Home games will never come close to away games unless we're playing the Vile.

You sure? I was sitting in the Kop and from a distance it was overly loud. Although, there was a 10 minute spell after each of our goals where it was fairly loud, but wasn't exactly rocking like it was when we played Villa and West Ham in the Carling Cup.

fair enough i probably over-exaggerated, but if you compare it to most of the other league games this season not many come close. The first 10 minutes or so were electric, and probably one of the main reasons we got off to the start that we did.

I was watching a game on Setanta a couple of weeks ago and the commentator said that he had been to most grounds in the prem and said that he thought the Blues and Stoke fans were the loudest. **thumbup

I think the home support in *EVERY* home ground in the PL is pretty sterile (maybe Stoke is the exception). People keep having a go at our own support but it's the same for everyone. It's usually the away support that always outsings the home support and that's why you always get "your support is ******* ****" song every time.

The Bolton game was a MASSIVE improvement of late and I think this will continue against Sunderland as we all know that this is the final PUSH.

personally i was gutted that the blues fans kept slaughtering Dunny, firstly he was superb head and shoulders the best player on the pitch and secondly and far more importantly, he was an ex blues player who never said a bad word about the club.
The combination of him & Sav kept us in the top six for the majority of the 2003/2004 season.
Injuries sadly have wrecked his career, if you look at the stats he nevert plays more than 50% of the games whichever club he is at.
I always remember a match V sheff unt when we were under temporary management waiting for Brucie to take over. We lost 4.0 and our fans gave pesky dogs abuse!
Totally Moronic!

To be fair though Des, Dunn incited the crowd by signalling over to the blues physio to not bother coming on to tend to Ferguson after he had clattered into him.

Not very sportsman like behaviour from an ex player, besides he spent more time on the treatment table here anyway, stuff the porker.

Very disappointed with your lot Saturday!

Chucking a glass bottle, plastic bottes and pelting coins and spitting at Blackburn fans below is disgusting not what i would class as good support!

One poor old woman got led out with a gash to her head from a coin and also young kid hit a couple of times with coins!!

Before you all say the usual 'don’t tar us all with the same brush'.

Im not, just stating i was disappointed in your lot resulting to coin throwing and spiting after some good banter!

Lets hope these idiots get spotted with the cctv at Ewood get banned and don't give your club such a bad name again!

All the best for the rest of the season!

never seen so many injuries during a game, we played 8 mins extra at half time and full time! My nerves were shredded by the final whistle. Kept having panic attack that Mcleish would bring on Hleb who would get caught in possesion in his own penalty area. What a dissapointment that guy has been! when we got him I thought Yesss! pure class, but like Bentley talent without desire is Worthless!

Did this really happen or is it made up nonsense?

Hard to tell from where I was as I didn't see any bother at all.

If those things did happen then the police surely should have been able to apprehend the culprits.

Can't agree I'm afraid - West Ham in the Carling Cup; we gave the belief to the players that the game could still be won.

But you are tarring us all with the same brush by constantly referring to us all as "your lot".

Could have been 2 or 3 people max, doing the same thing all game.

Have you ever been below home supporters at an away game before? Same thing happens all the time:

Wolves: constant barrage of coins, food, spit, urine etc.
Liverpool (going back a bit here, the Ricky Otto goal!): urine, excrement, benefit books, you name it.

Im afraid and disgusted to say yes it did happen,i saw the grey haired old lady being escorted out and i also saw a lady go over to the police with some thing in her hand that had been thrown down.
Trouble is were i was sat it was impossible to see who threw what.I have to agree with the Blackburn fan and hope the cctv picks em out.
I do have to sayhow much i enjoyed Ewood park though ,the Blackburn fans i met were a credit to their club,The Fentham pub made all the blue noses welcome and even the Police were friendly and welcoming (unlike other police forces i have seen).
Just saddens me that some of our own let the day down from a supporters point.

About 11 years ago I was in NYC and some bu**er lobbed a nickel or a dime at me from several stories up in the World Trade Center.

Darn Blues fans get everywhere...

Seriously I hope he or she gets caught.

I am sorry to hear that the behaviour of some of our followers has caused pain and distress to others. This sort of moronic behaviour is something I wish we did not get at our club. It is only perpetuated by a small, mindless minority and the vast majority of our supporters conduct themselves sensibly.

I hope those who did this are caught and punished appropriately. Yes, it happens with other clubs followers as well, but we need to put our own house in order.

Sorry mate, whilst I don't condone these actions, the whole 90 mins by your lot below were spent staring and provoking us. Especially one mixed-race lad on the right side of the stand. They spent more time watching us than watching the game, funny thing was when we got outside the ground you didn't hear a peep out of them.

Yup, blackburns version of chav corner were just as bad! Not excusing the bottles, coins etc... But provoking each other was only going to cause 1 bad element to attack another ;-(

I was going to chuck the head women steward over the upper teir 10 mins before kick off not bottles or coins......

Stupid B*tch! Telling me i couldnt hang my flag off the upper teir. She Tried the usual BS around it being a fire hazard. Erm no its not look at the fire proof certificates etc. Then it was oh well people pay a lot of money to have there logos across it... Looked over and it was a Rovers badge next to the score board lmao... Pathetic

Then It was well you can hang it was the back. pfftt didnt even bother, waste of space. Whats the point in sticking us in the upper teir... Awful

100% agree with you, I thought the boo'ers were a buch of w47k3rs, did they ever watch that guy play for the Blues, do they not remember how he came on as sub at Vile park when we was 2-0 down and changed the game.................
I for one wish we still had him, along side Barry would be a great paring.
